Unveiling Our Journey of Integrity, Innovation, and Impact
Discover RiskWise
Our Story
Riskwise was founded by Directors Matt Truelove and Ryan Ford, who bring over 40 years of combined experience in criminal and integrity investigations, defence, intelligence, employee relations, and management consulting. Their extensive careers across both the public and corporate sectors, from frontline operations to executive leadership, provided them with unique insights into the nuanced realities of managing integrity, workplace behaviour, and people dynamics.
They recognised that traditional investigative skills, legal expertise, or general HR practices on their own may not fully address the evolving complexities of today’s workplace. Effectively managing and resolving these challenges benefits from a holistic and independent approach—one that combines procedural expertise with a deep understanding of organisational dynamics, ethics, communication, and human behavior, while ensuring objectivity and eliminating bias.
It was this recognition that led to the founding of Riskwise Consulting, where we have built a multidisciplinary team to deliver this integrated approach. By combining expertise from a range of diverse fields, we go beyond traditional methods, offering contemporary approaches that consider broader organisational contexts and apply the right frameworks to deliver practical, sustainable solutions to complex workplace issues while ensuring legal compliance and effective risk mitigation.
A core strength of Riskwise lies in our ability to gather accurate and meaningful insights through advanced, evidence-based investigative interviewing and communication techniques. Grounded in cognitive research, our approach fosters trust, safety, and credibility, enabling us to engage constructively and ethically with individuals. This ensures organisations receive a clear and comprehensive understanding of the issues at hand.
