Unveiling Our Journey of Integrity, Innovation, and Impact

Discover Riskwise

Our Story

Riskwise was founded by Directors Matt Truelove and Ryan Ford, who bring over three decades of experience in criminal and integrity investigations, risk management, employee relations, and strategic advisory. Their careers span both public and private sectors, from frontline operations to executive leadership, providing them with deep insight into the complex realities that shape organisational integrity, workplace behaviour, culture, and governance.

They recognised that organisations today are facing increasingly complex challenges, ranging from conduct and culture concerns to accountability, oversight, and evolving regulatory and compliance demands. These areas of heightened risk are rarely straightforward and often involve a mix of behavioural, structural, and ethical dimensions that can’t be resolved through any single lens. Responding effectively requires a holistic and impartial approach, one that combines procedural clarity with a deep understanding of contemporary workplace dynamics, human behaviour and communication. That’s the approach Riskwise was built to deliver: integrated, balanced, and grounded in real-world experience supporting fair, defensible, and well-informed decisions.

To deliver on this approach, Riskwise brings together a multidisciplinary team whose professional backgrounds and subject matter expertise span investigations, governance, regulatory compliance, legal practice, and organisational strategy. Our team combines practical experience with technical insight, allowing us to examine issues from multiple angles and provide our clients with clear, effective, and actionable outcomes.

We are trusted by organisations when the stakes are high, the issues are complex, and the consequences matter. We support leaders to navigate challenges with confidence, meet their responsibilities, and strengthen the integrity and resilience of their workplace.

If you would like to discuss how Riskwise can support your organisation in addressing complex challenges, we welcome the opportunity to connect.
