What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including interviews, correspondence, by telephone, by email, via our website, from media and publications and from other publicly available sources.

Security of Personal Information

We hold any information we collect in our protected computer system and if only if necessary hard copy files. We ensure that your information is safe by following the usual security procedures expected by our clients.
Our digital systems are protected by software and hardware firewalls, anti-virus & intrusion software, attack-tracking software and access control password systems. These measures reduce the risk of system intrusion by hacking, viruses, trojans, web bugs and physical intervention.
Our team is trained to manage personal information strictly in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the associated Australian Privacy Principles.
In addition, our sub-contractors are bound contractually to keep personal information confidential and secure at all times.

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.
Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information
It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
