Her consulting work spans serious misconduct investigations, integrity risk reviews, and culture assessments for government departments, councils, and corporates.

Sonia has also held specialist roles at Deloitte and PwC, led the UK’s local counter-fraud function for several NHS organisations, and worked with the Metropolitan Police and the former Metropolitan Police Authority.
