Kate brings extensive experience across talent, governance, risk assurance and commercial finance, gained through senior roles with one of Australia’s leading FMCG organisations and international experience with one of North America's leading energy companies. She is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI). Known for her collaborative and engaging approach, she combines analytical capability with strong people and process skills to support effective investigations, reporting, and business optimisation.
In her current role as Analyst and Practice Manager, Kate supports the delivery of high-quality investigations, reporting, and business improvement initiatives. She is recognised for her strong stakeholder engagement, analysis and ability to enhance operational processes and outcomes.
