From first report to final resolution, Trust Point streamlines every step of the whistleblowing process, ensuring matters are handled efficiently, securely, and in full compliance with legislative requirements.
Step 1: Report Submission
Employees, contractors, or third parties submit a report via the secure online portal, QR code, mobile device, or 24/7 hotline. Reports can include written details or recorded voice messages, with the option to remain anonymous.
Step 2: Independent Intake & Triage
Each report is received directly by a Riskwise specialist, never a call centre, who documents the matter, assesses its nature and urgency, and summarises key risks and compliance considerations.
Step 3: Case Review & Management
Your authorised representatives access the central Trust Point platform to review the report, track case progress, and engage in secure two-way communication with the reporter if further information is required.
Step 4: Resolution & Support
